New Blog for Lit Law for Writers on the Go!

Hello All!

I hope this note finds you well and in great spirits as we transition from ole man winter to the promise of spring. If you've found your way to this new blog spot for Lit Law, then congratulations! Due to numerous technical difficulties with the former blog at wordpress.com, I've migrated to a more reliable blogisphere -- Blogger.com.

This is the spot where I introduce and summarize the latest Lit Law for Writers on the Go! podcast and field your questions about copyright, trademark, contracts and other legal issues affecting writers. So feel free to post your questions. I will also take e-mail questions and answer them here if they would benefit others. Click here to subscribe or listen to previous podcasts, including the popular cast: 9 Things Every Writer Must Know About the Law.

The next podcast is part-two of the "Writing About Real People and Experiences" podcast episode. Unfortunately, due to a hectic schedule and travel, this podcast is about two weeks behind in the release schedule. But it will be released on Monday, March 13th so stay tuned.

And be sure to visit LiteraryLawGuide.com, the premier legal reference site for writers for articles, books, e-books, seminar listings, and audio to keep you informed about the legal issues you need to understand in order to protect and maximize the value of your writing and other intellectual property.
